Hi there! I’m Chantal (she/her), a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, ACE Certified Personal Trainer, and certified in the Barbell Rehab Method. I have a master’s degree in Social Work & have previous experience in the mental health field. I am originally from Canada and also speak French.

I help busy women take care of their health and themselves by providing effective and sustainable workouts and promote gentle nutrition through Intuitive Eating. I focus on the health benefits of exercise and overall movement. I believe that bodies are meant to move but that there are many different ways to move your body.

I provide both in-person personal training in Matthews, NC and virtual services.
